ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
All returns from the EU are free of charges to the customer.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn and without signs of damage and must include all of the extras they were sent with.
Any willing to return a purchased good must be submitted via e-mail at email@example.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Please contact us via Contact Form or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us regarding your order number and the reasons why you would like to return the item. One of our customer service assistants will process your return and will be happy to advise you with any further questions you may have.
- We only accept returned items if they are unworn, new and without any sign of damage. The item (or items) must be sent together with the jewel box and all the documents received from Mattioli S.p.A., including the product tag with the reference number and the serial number of the purchased item (or items).
We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones, missing spare parts of the items.
- We will refund you net of return shipping costs, once the item has been received, checked and processed as compliant with the indications stated above at 2. The crediting date is the same as the debit, therefore you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- After we have received the parcel, it may take a few days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund.
- In cases where the conditions set out in point 2 are not respected, the refund of the purchased goods shall not be paid.
