Mattioli applies a 2 years warranty for all the jewels purchased on-line through the E-Shop or via one of its official retailers, according to Codice del Consumo (d.lgs.206/05), articoli dal 128 al 135. The 2 years warranty covers all problems caused by manufacturing and conformity defects in the purchased products. Any problem or defect must be reported within two months from the occurrence of the malfunction. All manufacturing faults must be checked and confirmed by our Quality Control technicians.
